CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW

ESC requires a 24-hour notice to make any changes to your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. No call - No show clients will be charged at 100%; this includes clients on a Series.

 

 

GIFT CARDS

ESC Gift Cards can be redeemed for Services ONLY. Gratuity or Retail purchases will not be allowed.

Our Gift Cards expire one year after the purchase date. There will be a 50% reactivation fee if you would like to use your expired Gift Card.

 

RETURNS

Retail products may be returned for a full refund within seven days of the purchase date. Any returns after that will receive Spa credit ONLY, minus a 25% restocking fee.

 

 

UNATTENDED CHILDREN

For safety reasons and courtesy to other clients, children under the age of 13 can not be left unattended in the reception area and are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
